I am trained as a VITA coach to do deep somatic work with women around topics of empowerment, love, sexuality as well as life transitions such as grief, aging, separation and abortion.

The tools I am working with is a combination of modern day therapy forms such as Internal Family Systems and ancient rooted practices from daoism and tantra.

I also blend in tools for trauma integration based on the Rebloom system for archetypical trauma healing. I am a trauma informed coach but not a trauma therapist.

Along side with that I rest on a foundation of deep intuition and many years of experience from supporting deep transformative work in ceremonial context.

On demand I also work with women in person who wants to empower their voice in the world.

Over the cycle of the year I offer ceremonies for the transitions of seasons aswell as retreats and deeper immersions.
